ONE ON ONE TRAINING

DUET TRAINING
It's always better with a friend. Sometimes, having another friend working with you is the best motivation to reach those goals. Together, we'll work to meet INDIVIDUAL long term and short term fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle goals, laughing, chatting, and pushing each other to meet those goals along the way.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
If it's better with one friend, working with 3 or more friends must be AMAZING!! Small groups of up to 6 people can work together over an 8 week period to jumpstart their fitness, increase their knowledge of nutrition, and set long and short term goals. These groups may be personalized, or created with a little help from the professionals. We'll find a friend who's fitness level and goals match your own, and set up training according to YOUR schedules. It's a great way to meet new friends with similar goals and lifestyles.
PRENATAL
In this group, we will focus on safe and effective training throughout each trimester, with careful attention paid to form, energy output, and body awareness. Fitness training will be conducted on a variety of equipment, in a variety of settings to demonstrate the different methods by which one can safely exercise throughout pregnancy. Modifications to popular exercises will be discussed and executed, while workouts will be tailored to meet the needs of each individual. We will discuss proper nutrition for each trimester, and beyond.
Workouts are fun, challenging, and always interesting with a group of friends, all going through the same amazing prenatal process together...
POSTNATAL
You made it through!! Now it's time to work out for energy, stamina and strength to keep up with that new baby!! Workouts will be conducted in a variety of settings, with or without babies-your choice. We will learn proper abdominal technique to strengthen and tone the core, do higher intensity cardiovascular workouts-including Power Stroll, Trekking, and Cycling classes, as well as strength training using a variety of equipment.
E-COACHING
Sometimes, there just isn't enough time in the day. For those simply seeking a program design, weekly workouts, and nutritional programming that can be performed whenever, and wherever you choose. Detailed programs are emailed weekly, with direct access to Peapod Fitness Master Trainer Dara Kelly for additional comments or questions.
